Feeling Lost But Still Glowing

There’s a quiet kind of courage in admitting you don’t have it all figured out.

Lately, I’ve been in a strange place—between endings and beginnings, between what I thought I wanted and what I might want now. There are moments of inspiration and motivation, sure, but also moments where I feel like I’m floating in the in-between. Unanchored. A little lost.

And yet, I still find myself showing up. Moisturizing. Brushing my brows. Putting on mascara even when I don’t leave the house. It might seem small, but these rituals are reminders: I am still here. I am still me.

We live in a world that celebrates certainty. The 5-year plan, the defined career path, the big milestones posted with pride. But what about the spaces in-between? The seasons where the answers haven’t landed yet? There’s beauty there too. There’s growth in the pause.

In this season of not knowing, I’ve started to reframe what it means to glow. It’s not always about productivity, achievement, or having it all together. Sometimes, glowing means letting yourself rest. Letting your skin breathe. Letting your heart feel what it needs to feel.

Glowing is lighting a candle even when no one’s around to see it. Glowing is journaling your confusion without judgment. Glowing is choosing a lipstick color that makes you feel like yourself again.

I think we underestimate how strong we are when we keep going through the fog. There is something sacred in continuing to care for yourself, even in uncertainty. Not because it will magically fix everything, but because it keeps your connection to your softness, your hope, your inner light.

So if you’re in a similar season—feeling unclear, overwhelmed, or just not quite "on track"—I see you. And I promise you this: you are still glowing. You are not behind. You are becoming.

And maybe the in-between isn’t a detour at all. Maybe it’s a sacred space, a quiet cocoon where the next version of you is getting ready to emerge.

In the meantime, don’t forget to drink your water. Wear your SPF. Romanticize your coffee routine. Light that candle. Keep glowing, even (especially) when you feel lost.

You’re not alone in this.

With softness,
